Event Payment:

Payments for events must be received with your registration in order to reserve your entry. Please note the registration deadlines for clinics and other events.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Riders may cancel/scratch their registration and receive a full refund in the event a rider from the waitlist can replace the open spot, if a waitlist is present. A refund will be issued once the waitlisted rider has completed their registration and payment. We will maintain a waiting list and will help with filling your spot if requested.
If an event is cancelled due to weather, you may request that your payment be rolled over to a future event or refunded to you. Rollover funds may only be applied to future events and must be used at the next available event.
Waiting List Policy:
In the occurrence of an event opening, we will email all persons on the waiting list. The open spot will be filled by the first response with registration and payment.
