    Please join us in participating in the 2020 Youth Clinic with guest clinicians Kelly Boyd and Colleen Diamond. Both instructors have years of experience with kids of all ages and all breeds of horses and they make riding and learning fun and have produced numerous horse and rider combinations earning many dressage awards.

    NOTE: We suggest that horses are either okay to spend the day at the trailer or that you are able to shuttle horses to and from the facility so you can enjoy the full day of education. High Plains board members will be on site for assistance.

    For riders 7-21 of any ability level or discipline background! – $40.00 per lesson for High Plains Members, $45.00 for High Plains Non-Members, $15.00 to audit. Lunch will be provided.

        Please join us in participating in a Ride-A-Test with USDF “R” Licensed Dressage Judge and USDF certified instructor Gwen Ka’awaola

        Ride-A-Test Format: 35-45 minute sessions where riders are to enter the arena ready to ride their selected test (Readers allowed).
        Immediately after, debrief/lesson will follow so that riders can learn and practice areas of the test in order to improve scores.
        Light drinks and snacks provided. Bring your own lunch.

          Event Canceled!

          Thank you for your patience and flexibility this past weekend while we negotiated the weather. As a board, we made the decision to postpone the event to keep horses and riders safe after the influx of snow that came over the weekend. Unfortunately, this weekend is showing snow again in the forecast and the board has decided collectively that we will be canceling the clinic altogether and issuing a refund. We are working with Joan and Kathy on a make-up date in the near future. Please be sure to keep an eye out for communications for future dates! As always, thank you for your continued support of High Plains Dressage. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
